Extremely bad management, bedbugs everywhere, mosquitoes biting, bedsheets that are the same color as window screens, and solely money-minded management

I stayed for a day. The room was good, but there was no room service or even water provided. No hot water for the bathroom. It's located on Marthandam main road, with good parking.

We had lunch there on Sunday. Prices are very reasonable, and the food quality is high. The waiting time is a bit longer, and the hotel management can improve that.

The hotel is basic, there is no water for drinking, the bedsheet is old, the pillow cover is new but the pillow is filthy, the room is full of mosquitoes, people can't sleep well at night, the TV is broken, the WiFi isn't working, and there are rat bites everywhere. Customers are not given basic necessities, they want a lot, and the Divine Hotel has a low service rating.

Had a terrible experience at this hotel with my family. Please check the washrooms before booking a room. We caught someone peeping into the washroom at 5 AM from the top floor window. The management took no action. Ladies and families, be cautious!
