A miraculous escape from death: Bhumi Chauhan, a young woman from India, narrowly avoided the tragic Air India plane crash in Ahmedabad after missing her flight by just 10 minutes due to traffic congestion. What initially seemed like a frustrating delay turned out to be a life-saving moment.

The Ahmedabad-London Air India flight, which took off at 1.39 pm from Ahmedabad Airport, crashed into a nearby residential area within 10 minutes of departure. The fiery accident resulted in the tragic loss of 204 lives so far, including passengers and crew members. The incident sent shockwaves across India and the world.

Bhumi Chauhan, who had traveled to India for a vacation, was scheduled to return to London, where her husband resides. Unfortunately — or fortunately — she arrived at the airport 10 minutes late due to traffic jams in Ahmedabad and missed the ill-fated flight.

Reacting to her miraculous escape, Bhumi shared her emotions with reporters:

"I was completely devastated when I missed the flight. But when I heard the news of the crash, I couldn’t speak. I was shaking thinking about the accident. I thank God for saving my life. The Lord Ganapati, whom I worship, saved me."

This miraculous story has gone viral on social media, with people calling her “blessed by destiny”. As investigators continue to study the crash, Bhumi’s story remains a rare moment of light amidst a dark tragedy.
