Refund & Return Policy

Customers can return the product within 3 days to 10 days from the date of delivery and the shipments which weren’t delivered to the customer get converted to an RTO (Return to Origin).

Ursites.co.in gives sellers all the information they need to manage their customer returns or RTOs (Return to Origin) along with details on compensation and charges levied for each return/RTO. We have best-in-class tools to help our sellers track and manage their returns, get order or product level data as well as detailed shipping tracking, payment and order history.

Return Shipping Fee

If a customer returns a product, then the seller is charged a return shipping fee based on the weight of the shipment.

If an order is not delivered to a customer and gets converted to an RTO (Return to Origin), the seller will not be charged any additional fee for shipping.

All return & RTO related charges can be tracked & managed using different tools that are provided to Ursites.co.in sellers.

Please note that for some exceptional cases, the return shipping fees can be waived off.

NFC Card Return Policy

At ursites.co.in, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you have any concerns regarding your NFC card, please review our return policy below:

1.Eligibility for Returns:

NFC cards must be returned within 3 days from the date of purchase.

The NFC card must be in its original condition and packaging.

2.Reasons for Returns:

Defective or malfunctioning NFC cards.

Incorrect item received.

Change of mind (subject to terms and conditions).

3.Return Process:

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate the return process.

Provide your order details and reason for return.

Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team for return shipping or drop-off.

4.Refund or Exchange:

Upon receiving the returned NFC card, we will inspect it for eligibility.

If eligible, you may choose either a refund or exchange for a replacement NFC card.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 3 working Days.

Exchanges will be subject to product availability.

5.Exceptions:

Personalized or customized NFC cards may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective or incorrect.

Returns of NFC cards purchased from third-party retailers must be processed through the respective retailer's return policy.

6.Additional Information:

Shipping fees incurred for returning NFC cards are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
