This document is an electronic record in terms of the amended Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules and regulation made thereunder. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the Terms for access or usage of Aladinss service via Aladinss Platform. This document meets the stipulations and conditions mentioned in Section 65B (2) of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872.
This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name \[www.aladinss.com\] (“Website”) (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”)
The Platform is owned by Inbox Info Solutions, a firm its registered office at 2nd Floor , SBI Building, Infront of Municipality Office, Balamore Road, Nagercoil- 629001, Tamil Nadu, India (hereinafter referred to as "Inbox").
1. Application of the policy
This is an agreement between you ("you" or "your") Aladinss, The Platform is owned by Inbox Info Solutions, ("Aladinss" "we," or "our") that governs your use of the search services offered by Aladinss through its website www.aladinss.com ("Website"), telephone search, SMS, WAP or any other medium using which Aladinss may provide the search services (collectively "Media" ). When you access or use any of the Media you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
2. Objectives of policy:
Aladinss is required to collect and use certain information about individuals, including customers, suppliers/vendors, business contacts, employees, and third parties with whom Aladinss has a business relationship or may need to contact. This policy outlines how Aladinss collects, receives, possesses, stores, handles, and processes personal information, including sensitive personal information, ensuring that such data is accessible for review. Personal information is collected, managed, and stored in compliance with data protection standards and legal requirements. This policy guarantees adherence to data protection laws, promotes best practices, and safeguards the rights of employees, customers, suppliers/vendors, business contacts, and third parties. It also details how data is stored, processed, and protected against the risks of data breaches.
3. How You May Use.
The Aladinss Platform names and logos and all related products and service names, design marks and slogans are trademarks and service marks owned by and used under license from Inbox Info Solutions or its wholly-owned subsidiaries. All other trademarks and service marks herein are the property of their respective owners. All copies that you make of the Materials on any of the Media must bear any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice located on the respective Media that pertains to the material being copied. You are not authorized to use any Aladinss name or mark in any advertising, publicity or in any other commercial manner without the prior written consent of Aladinss.
4. How We May Use Information You Provide:
Do not send us any confidential or proprietary information. Except for any personally identifiable information that we agree to keep confidential as provided in our Privacy Policy, any material, including, but not limited to any feedback, data, answers, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas or the like, which you send to us will be treated as being non-confidential and nonproprietary. We assume no obligation to protect confidential or proprietary information (other than personally identifiable information) from disclosure and will be free to reproduce, use, and distribute the information to others without restriction. We will also be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in information that you send us for any purpose whatsoever including but not limited to developing, manufacturing and marketing products and services incorporating such information.
5. Types of information Collected by Aladinss:
1. Users/Customers (Source of Information) - Personal Identifying information such as name, address and phone numbers; email Id, Age, personal description, profile photograph etc., & delivery address, payment information, location information, Device information (if you provided), IP address, Name, addresses & phone numbers, e-mail IDs of friends and other people listed in Addresses, Content of reviews and e-mails to us, voice recordings when you call to us, login detail, device log files etc., while using our platform.
2. Vendors/Sellers (Source of Information) - Personal Identifying information such as name, address and phone numbers; email Id, Age, personal description, profile photograph ,Marital status etc., payment information, location information, Device information (if you provided) IP address, Name, addresses & phone numbers, e-mail IDs of friends and other people listed in Addresses, content of reviews and e-mails to us, voice recordings when you call to us, images, videos and other content collected or stored in connection with our Services, information and officially valid documents (KYC regarding identity and address information, including mobile & landline number, place of business, valid Email id, vendor’s photo, id & address proof (such as Aadhar card, Pan Card, GST Voter Id Card, Passport, Shop and Establishment Certificate, etc.,. corporate and financial information, and device log files and configurations etc.,.
6. Aladinss Doesn’t Collect the Information:
Aladinss does not collect sensitive personal data or information. It only collects the sensitive personal data or information which is considered necessary to provide the service or to fulfil the purpose and for a lawful purpose connected with a function or activity of Aladinss. User can continue to browse / search on Aladinss platform without giving any information.
Aladinss does not collect emails, addresses or other contact information from your mobile address book or contact lists other than name and mobile phone numbers. Aladinss does not store historical location information in any form or manner at its end, except for last known location from which Aladinss software was accessed in case of non-availability of current location data.
7. Usage of the Information
The data/information collected shall be used for the purpose for which it has been collected. In addition, the Aladinss uses the data for the following purposes:
1. To provide services
2. To fulfill your requests for products and services and communicate with you about those requests. If you search the products or service from our platform without logged in or sought the information by calling our hotline, we collect mobile number and generate lead with our vendors/service providers, as per your choice/request. If you search the products or service from our platform with logged in, we share your information (i.e., name, mobile, email etc.,) as available with us with our vendors/service providers to fulfil your choice/request.
3. To administer contests, sweepstakes, promotions, and surveys.
4. To respond to reviews, comments, or other feedback you provide us.
5. To help us personalize our service offerings, websites, mobile services, and advertising.
6. Aladinss Showcases the Your Information only for your Business Promotional Purposes
7. Aladinss showcases your information solely for business promotional purposes and to support your business growth. By using our platform, you acknowledge and consent to the display of your business information for these purposes.
8. To provide functionality, analyze performance, fix errors, and improve the usability and effectiveness of the Services.
9. Aladinss will make reasonable efforts to showcase only the information that you wish to display publicly, which is intended solely for business growth and to facilitate incoming business inquiries. The information displayed will primarily be those you choose to showcase through any medium or channel, and will not be used for any other purpose.
10. To recommend features, products, and services that might be of interest to you, identify your preferences, and personalize your experience with Aladinss Services.
11. To operate, provide, develop, and improve the products and services that we offer to our customers.
12. To provide our services and to support our core business functions. These include order or service fulfilment, internal business processes, marketing, authentication, loss and fraud prevention, public safety and legal functions.
13. To display interest-based ads for features, products, and services that might be of interest to you.
14. To Communicate With You.
15. Contacting with you to Promoting Services.
8. Processing of Personal Information
1. The reasonable purposes means and includes, prevention and detection of any unlawful activity including fraud; whistle blowing; mergers and acquisitions; network and information security; credit scoring; recovery of debt; processing of publicly available personal data. However Aladinss ensures the protection of the rights of data principals.
2. Processing of personal data of children: Aladinss doesn’t allow children below the age of 13 years to visit our platform without parental guidance or control. Based on your date of birth disclosed by you, we verify your age. When the children visit our platform or use our service, we believe that they access our platform or service under the parental guidance, control and consent and we can process the information accordingly. Aladinss shall process personal data of children in a manner that protects the rights and best interests of the child.
9. Disclosure of Information:
1.Other users Of Aladinss Service may see your ratings submissions in a way that is consistent with the use of the Aladinss Service. For example, a rating of "XYZ Firm " on Aladinss will be available to every user of the Aladinss Service who has that mobile phone number in their mobile phone's address book or contact list and has tagged the mobile phone number as a friend. For more information on this feature, please refer paragraphs above.
2.We do not sell or share your Personally Identifiable Information (such as mobile phone number) with other third-party companies for their commercial or marketing use without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. We may share your Personally Identifiable Information with third party service providers to the extent that it is reasonably necessary to perform, improve or maintain the Aladinss Service.
10. Transfer of information.
Aladinss shall not transfer sensitive personal data or information including any information, to third parties in India, or outside India, except under the following circumstances:
a. To fulfill your requests for products and services
b. To fix errors, and improve the usability and effectiveness of the Services
c. To fraud prevention, public safety and legal functions
d. To prevent and detect fraud and abuse in order to protect the security of our customers Aladinss, and others
e. It is necessary for the performance of the lawful contract between Aladinss and data principal; or
f. where data principal has consented to data transfer;
11. Terms of Use, Policy & Revisions:
1. By using Aladinss Services, you agree that any privacy-related issues are governed by this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, including limitations on damages, dispute resolution, and the applicable laws of India. If you have any concerns regarding privacy at Aladinss, please reach out to us with a detailed description, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns. As our business evolves, so too may our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review our website regularly for updates.
2. Unless otherwise specified, our current Privacy Policy governs all information we hold about you and your account. We are committed to ensuring that we will not materially alter our policies or practices in a way that reduces the protection of your previously collected information without your explicit consent.
