First-ever qualification in 2024 - Scotland qualified for their first Women's T20 World Cup by beating Ireland in the semi-final of the 2024 Qualifier.

In the qualifier final, Scotland lost to Sri Lanka by 68 runs (Sri Lanka 169/5 vs Scotland 101/7) in Abu Dhabi.

In the 2025 Qualifier, Scotland came close - their captain Kathryn Bryce scored a national-record 131 vs Ireland.
