We are looking for Fresher candidates to join our team as Junior IT Support / Technical Assistant. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in IT and computer science, possess strong communication skills, and be eager to grow in the tech industry. Key Responsibilities:
•    Provide first-level technical support to end-users.
•    Assist in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
•    Help with system installations, updates, and configurations.
•    Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects and tasks.

•    Assist with system backups and data management.

Qualifications:
1.    Experience: Fresher (2023 & 2024 Graduates).
2.    Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3.    Languages: Multilingual proficiency (English + any other language is a plus).
4.    Skills:
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Knowledge of basic IT concepts and troubleshooting.
•    Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
•    Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
•    Bring a passport-size photograph.
•    Formal attire is required for the interview and work.
