- Closure of the Integrated Check Post (ICP) at Attari.
- Suspension of the SAARC Visa Exemption Scheme (SVES) for Pakistani nationals, who now have 40 hours to exit India.
- Reduction of diplomatic staff in both countries' high commissions.
- Halting cooperation under the Indus Waters Treaty signed in 1960.
Pakistan Claims Missile Test Success
Meanwhile, Pakistan announced a successful training launch of a surface-to-surface missile with a 450-kilometer range—an apparent show of strength amid rising tensions. However, India's strategic community sees this as an attempt to divert attention from the terror incident.
