Closure of the Integrated Check Post (ICP) at Attari.
Suspension of the SAARC Visa Exemption Scheme (SVES) for Pakistani nationals, who now have 40 hours to exit India.
Reduction of diplomatic staff in both countries' high commissions.
Halting cooperation under the Indus Waters Treaty signed in 1960.

Pakistan Claims Missile Test Success

Meanwhile, Pakistan announced a successful training launch of a surface-to-surface missile with a 450-kilometer range—an apparent show of strength amid rising tensions. However, India's strategic community sees this as an attempt to divert attention from the terror incident.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation, expressing deep condolences to the victims’ families.
