Storyline

Tharunam (2025) is a Tamil romantic action thriller that tells the story of Arjun, a suspended CRPF officer, and Nithya, a young entrepreneur. Their paths cross at a wedding, where sparks of love begin to form. But destiny plays a cruel game when Nithya is involved in an accidental killing, forcing the duo to make life-altering decisions. Together, they attempt to cover up the crime, but as guilt and danger close in, they face emotional turmoil and moral conflict. With suspense at every turn, the film explores how one fleeting moment (tharunam) can alter lives forever, testing love, trust, and destiny in ways neither imagined.
