Storyline

Set five years after Jurassic World Dominion, a covert extraction team led by Zora Bennett, with Dr. Henry Loomis and Duncan Kincaid, raids a dinosaur-laden island to gather DNA believed to be vital for medical breakthroughs. Instead, they encounter new mutant creatures like the grotesque Distortus Rex (D‑Rex), a mix of a T. rex, Rancor, and H.R. Giger-inspired horror, and the winged Mutadons (pterosaur‑raptor hybrids), introducing a decidedly fantasy-driven direction to the franchise.

• Scarlett Johansson, a lifelong fan of the Jurassic franchise, had been hoping to join it for over a decade, even joking that she’d be happy to die in the first five minutes just to be part of it.
• Jonathan Bailey (Dr. Henry Loomis) isn’t just acting; he also plays the clarinet in the film’s score and performs the solo during the moment his character first touches a dinosaur.
• A bus labeled "Crichton Middle School" appears in an early scene, a tribute to Michael Crichton, the author who created Jurassic Park.

Goofs

• In one scene at a service station, characters escape through a tunnel to avoid rising water—but oddly, the tunnels remain completely dry.
• Despite the massive size of the Titanosaurs, they appear hidden in grass that clearly isn’t tall enough to camouflage them.
• A continuity glitch: a character's sweat patch on a blue shirt changes position between shots.
• Another physics oddity: after falling off a 100-foot cliff into water and going through branches, a man emerges with his glasses still perfectly intact.

Crazy_credits

• At the very end of the credits sequence, the audience is serenaded by ambient nature sounds from the island.
