TSR Srinivasan is an Indian actor and comedian known for his appearances in Tamil cinema. Popularly called “Powerstar” Srinivasan, he gained recognition for his quirky performances and unique screen presence. Before entering the film industry, he worked in the textile sector and ran a restaurant franchise in Tiruppur. Driven by his passion for cinema and self-learning through books, he gradually found his way into acting. He started his career with minor roles for low pay and eventually rose to fame with his performance in the film Sethupathi (2016), where he portrayed an investigation officer.
