Menaka is a renowned Indian actress who gained immense popularity in South Indian cinema during the 1980s. She appeared predominantly in Malayalam films and also acted in Tamil Telugu Kannada and Hindi movies. Known for her graceful performances and expressive acting she became one of the most sought after actresses of her time. Menaka made her film debut with the Malayalam movie Oppol and went on to star in more than 125 films often portraying gentle and emotional characters. After marrying film producer G Suresh Kumar she took a long break from acting but later returned to television and films. Her daughter Keerthy Suresh is also a successful actress in the Indian film industry. Show less
