Biju Menon is a renowned Indian actor who primarily works in the Malayalam film industry. Born in Thrissur, Kerala, on 9 September 1970, Biju completed his graduation in Commerce and later pursued a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW). Before entering the world of cinema, he appeared in television serials such as Ningalude Swantham Chanthu and Mikhayelinte Santhathikal, which helped him gain initial recognition. He made his film debut with Puthran (1994) and gradually carved a niche for himself with versatile performances in supporting, comedic, and serious roles. Over the years, Biju became known for his natural acting style, subtle expressions, and the ability to adapt seamlessly to any character. His early notable films include Mannar Mathai Speaking, Krishnagudiyil Oru Pranayakalathu, Pathram, and Kannezhuthi Pottum Thottu. Biju Menon’s breakthrough as a leading actor came with films like Marykkundoru Kunjaadu, Ordinary, Run Baby Run, Romans, and Vellimoonga, which showcased his ability to carry films on his own while maintaining critical acclaim.
